Allergies is at an all time high.One out of five Americans suffer from allergies. There are pet allergies, bug bites and stings where one can see an allergic reaction, and food allergies as well.
People get allergies because they've become used to a particular set of allergens. What triggers an allergic reaction?
Common triggers for allergic reactions might be visiting a new region or being exposed to new materials.
What can you do?
- clean your house and take away whatever substance is making you miserable such as:
  - smoke
  - dairy products
  - Jog inside instead of outside
  - try and contain pets in one area so that you or loved ones aren't exposed
