 Sami Jabara, M.D. is the director of the Center for Fertility and Reproductive Surgery for Texas Tech Physicians of Lubbock. Dr. Jabara is board certified in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility and in Obstetrics and Gynecology. He is a member of the Society of Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility (SREI), American Society of Reproductive Medicine (ASRM), and a Fellow of the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology.
Dr. Jabara attended medical school at the American University of Beirut in Lebanon where he graduated with distinction, then completed his residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Wright Patterson Air Force Base, Wright State University in Dayton, OH. Dr. Jabara subsequently completed a subspecialty fellowships in reproductive endocrinology and infertility at the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia.

 Jennifer Phy, M.D. graduated cum laude from University of North Texas and subsequently received her medical degree from the University of North Texas Health Science Center. She came to Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center for her residency in obstetrics and gynecology, and then completed a fellowship in reproductive endocrinology and infertility at Mayo Clinic College of Medicine. After spending a few years in a private practice she joined the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology's Center for Fertility and Reproductive Surgery in March 2009. She is board certified in obstetrics and gynecology and reproductive endocrinology and infertility by the American Board of Obstetrics & Gynecology. Dr. Phy is married to Michael Phy, D.O. who practices in Texas Tech Physician's Internal Medicine clinic, and they have two children. Dr. Phy is a huge fan of Texas Tech football. She also enjoys outdoor activities with her family, reading and teaching Sunday school. |
Tammy Diaz RN, MSN is the nurse coordinator for the Center for Fertility and Reproductive Surgery. She is a graduate of South Plains College and Lubbock Christian University. In 2007 she graduated with her Master's of Science in Nursing from LCU. She is an integral part of caring for the special needs of families with fertility issues.

 Lindsey Creed is a patient service specialist for the Center for Fertility and Reproductive Surgery. She is responsible for scheduling, verifying insurance information, collecting medical records, and assisting the nurses and physicians with direct patient care. As a mother of two she understands the blessings children bring, and loves being part of such a fulfilling process. |
 Jacqie Vargas is also a patient service specialist for the Center for Fertility and Reproductive Surgery. She is responsible for scheduling, verifying insurance information, collecting medical records, and assisting the nurses and physicians with direct patient care. Jacqie is the proud mother of two achieved junior golfers. |
