Our clinic provides compassionate care for infants and children with complex health care needs. As a specialized team, we seek to ensure that every child and family receives all necessary medical, nutritional and developmental care because we believe that every child deserves the opportunity to live up to their full potential and experience life to the fullest.

Accepting new patients, ages 0-17, meeting one or more of the following conditions:

  • Two or more chronic health conditions
  • Functional limitations (walking, talking, eating, learning, etc.)
  • See three or more sub-specialists
  • With technology dependence (g-tube, trach, etc.)

Services Provided

  • 30-60-minute appointments
  • Care coordination
  • Written health care plans with sick day management
  • Social work assistance with Medicaid waivers, financial assistance, school services and other needs
  • Speech and feeding therapy consultation
  • Dietician consultation

We Commonly Treat

  • Cerebral palsy
  • Spina bifida
  • Chromosomal abnormalities (including Down Syndrome and DiGeorge Syndrome)
  • Genetic syndromes and metabolic disorders
  • Complex congenital heart malformations
  • Chronic respiratory problems (trachs and ventilators)
  • Feeding problems (feeding tubes)
  • Complications of prematurity
  • Congenital anomalies or birth defects
